The Quickest Greek Chicken Ever

I meant to post this one before I left for Baltimore.

I LOVE this recipe and it takes no time at all.


The Quickest Greek Chicken EVER
* Chicken Breasts
* Oregano
* Majoram
* Basil
* 2 garlic cloves
* 1 bunch of basil (About 1/2 cup coarsely chopped)
* 1 container of Goat Cheese Feta crumbles (I really like the ones with onion/garlic/herbs)
* 1 container of cherry tomatoes or about 4 Roma tomatoes
* 1/3 (+/-) cup pitted black olives (from the can)


Preheat the oven to 425.

Season chicken breasts to taste with the oregano, majoram, basil, and garlic.

Bake the chicken for about 20 minutes, or until cooked through.

After putting the chicken in the oven, pour the container of goat cheese into a prep bowl. Add tomatoes, olives, and basil, titrating to taste. When the chicken has finished cooking, use this mixture as the topping.
